Payout of winnings

Winnings can be paid out in several forms and uses:

Payout of winnings – for example, in casinos it is possible to pay out winnings to the visitor's card.

Refund of deposits – the possibility of returning to your payment card, for example, a deposit for packaging – for example, in a store for bottles, or at a festival for cups.

What information do we display here?

These pages serve only to comprehensively display publicly available information or information provided to our company within the framework of partnership cooperation.

Legal arrangements

Using other people's logos without permission is generally prohibited, as the logo can be protected as a trademark (Section 8 et seq. of Act No. 441/2003 Coll., on Trademarks) and also as a work of authorship. Such conduct may also constitute *unfair competition* (Section 2976 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Possible exceptions
According to Section 10(1)(c) of the Trademark Act, the owner cannot prohibit the use of his trademark if it is necessary to:

• the purpose of the product or service and whether it is in accordance with fair practice.
• The exception is based on EU legislation (Directive 2015/2436, Article 14).
• In practice, this exception applies, for example, to manufacturers of compatible products or to comparators, where it is necessary to clearly identify which
  provider goes.

From this it can be concluded that use in systems describing multiple providers in the same segment is possible if:

• The use is truly necessary for identification (the name or logo serves to
  provider differentiation). This is exactly the case for Biznisa, which, by displaying a logo, makes it easier for site visitors to better identify the solution provider.
• The use is in accordance with fair practices (it must not be misleading, defamatory, or excessively promotional).
• The logo should not be the dominant element of the presentation. Our main element of the presentation is the comprehensive display of publicly available information on the Internet.
• It must be clear that this is not a partnership or endorsement by the logo owner. On the Biznisa website, we clearly distinguish whether a given provider is or is not a partner of Biznisa.
• The rights and obligations (so-called disclaimer) with respect to the logo owner are clearly defined. The display of the logo does not imply partnership or recommendation.
